I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jennifer Hammond. From the start she was very genuine in her involvement with my case. I am a father who does not even live in North Carolina where my children resided until about one month ago. I now have custody of my children. There were many factors involving my case that suggested foul play in the home they lived in with their mother. As difficult as it is for a father to gain custody over the mother, Jennifer was not only successful but she did it with style and grace. Jennifer puts her heart into the cases she works on as well as her clients and their concerns. Where she may not disclose every detail that takes place behind the curtain, she makes sure that her clients know the important details.
She is very intelligent and most definitely fights the good fight for her clients. She is very organized and strategic in her work. She gave me great advice and I just couldn't be happier. I know that she did not and will not back down to any other attorney or judge especially when she knows that she and her clients are in the right. She without a doubt played a key role in the successful transfer of custody for my children and now my children are in a safe and loving environment and it is because she listened to me and my concerns when no one else would.
Also as far as financial compensation, though she may have to charge a fee, I can tell you that she is not about the money, she literally puts her heart into her cases, as well as the fees that she does charge are well worth the investment in Jennifer, because that is what she is, an investment. You will not be disappointed. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and the entire firm for that matter and I recommend her to anyone that needs assistance. She really is great at beating the odds.
